Repairing inlay jewelry takes a special touch. Nagalle Desings has manufactured Australian Opal inlay jewelry since 1993. In a joint effort we are proud to offer inlay repair services to yo u. Whether the inlay is Opal, Lapis, Motherof Pearl, Turquoise, Onyx, Ruby or another precious material, let us take on the task of delighting your customer with the piece of jewelry they fell in love with.

We repair: Nagalle, Kabana, B&H, Asch/Grossbardt, Ray Tracy, and other designers. We also re-inlay your scrap purchases. That piece of inlay you bought for scrap can be transformed into a new piece which will sell for 5 - 10X what the refiner will give you for the scrap. Even at these gold prices!

	We use only top quality Australian Opal from reputable sources.
	Mother of Pearl inlay material; pink, white, yellow and black. All but the black are American materials from deep pristine ponds in Tennessee near the Mississippi River.

For those of you familiar with Nagalle, we have moved and are now operating our repair facilities under a new name; NorthWest Jewelers. This is still the same group of dedicated people, same processes and the same products. Only the name has changed. Please make payments for repairs to “NorthWest Jewelers". Credit cards payments are fine, please call our number below.

We recommend any of the private shippers (FedEx, UPS, DHL), plus USPS insured or USPS registered. Any of those options will give you a tracking or confirmation number.

Our Process:
Return Authorization numbers are no longer required, so there’s no need to call in before sending your repairs. Simply use your store name and the date you are sending your packages as your RA number. You may also include your own internal job number and we can track repairs by either. Remember to provide your name, address, phone number and instructions with every order. As always, repair timelines are still approximately two weeks.
